This article aims to have a glimpse into the effect of spinning tool parameters (focusing on its diameter, attack angle, nose radius, and feed) by applying explicit code commercial finite element analysis software LS-DYNA. The preliminary results show that greater axial feed, loads generated in axial, tangential, radial directions. At same time, larger more elements are parallel direction from inflection point tube opening. Furthermore, using feed will also cause flaring opening make obvious.
